Growing up, I was always in love with mathematics, but it wasn't until my first Physics class in junior year of high school that I started appreciating the way that math describes how our world works. I love learning about how turbojets produce thrust or how turbines generate power, and I will take any chance I get to tear things apart and figure out how they work.

My passion for discovery and my love of the sciences brought me to Georgia Tech, then Stanford University for my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering. I am now working for the Northrop Grumman Corporation as a Mechanical Engineer doing design for critical components on the Swordfish Maritime Patrol Aircraft and the MESA Antenna System. When I am not working, I enjoy reading, playing guitar, climbing, and solving math puzzles.
